• All educational activities must be community centered and oriented. It must be “of the community, by the community and for the community”.

  • Finding ways and means of accessible education to the rural masses in general and unprivileged and marginalized population in particular.  

  • Strengthening village economy and empowering the rural population through meaningful education.

  • Focusing on innovation and technological support in education.

  • Innovative methodologies be developed to enrich education in informal and flexible mode.

  • Educational and training programme be focused to developed skills which would ultimately lead to meaningful employment, self employment and entrepreneurship for livelihood.

  • Educational cum training programmes must be need based and with rational combination of “hands on” and “minds on” training components.

  • Conceiving and developing programmes with the support of community on agriculture, water conservation, seed technology, organic forming, Sericulture, goatory, dairy, piggery, Live-stock, food processing, poultry, floriculture, traditional craftsmanship and other programmes which can supplement support and sustain rural economy and can provide alternative mode of livelihood for rural population. This would also aim at efforts which result in local economy strengthening leading to self sufficiency and confidence building process for the masses to face the challenges of climate change in recent times.

  • Practically feasible and replicable educational models be developed to support our industries, rural development programmes and various sectors involved in socio- economic development of our nation.
